What we plan to work on.
The Defence programme is in active planning. The shape of the work — partners, pilot units, publishable outputs — will be set during 2026. We're being deliberate: this is the sector with the highest cost of getting it wrong.
Lines of effort under consideration
- Dual-use sub-system supply-chain mapping (open dataset where legal).
- Operator-led tooling for non-classified workflows.
- Reservist talent pipelines into civilian deep-tech.
- Public-domain capability journalism — what's real vs. what's announced.
