Water — the constraint everything else runs into.
Every other sector — agriculture, energy, health, manufacturing — has a water dependency that's currently being managed by hope. The Water programme is about replacing hope with measurement and policy.

What we plan to work on.
The Water programme will work at the watershed and city-utility scale — not at the household-tap layer. The household-tap problem is largely solved on paper; the watershed and reuse problems are not.
Lines of effort under consideration
- Watershed-level groundwater telemetry & open dashboards.
- Urban wastewater reuse — engineering and procurement playbooks.
- Drought-readiness scoring for districts on a rolling 5-year window.
- River-basin governance prototypes with multi-state buy-in.
